Same-Day Shipping is available for select cities at a small additional fee. Eligible products will be clearly labeled for same-day delivery on the actual item description in all caps, and all qualifying orders placed before 4:00 PM will arrive between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM on the same day.
For customers who need their order outside of the same-day delivery window, we offer a Rushed Item Option. This service includes a rush fee and ensures your hair or clothing item is delivered to you as soon as possible or exactly at your chosen time, which will be coordinated directly with me via text or email for your convenience.
Orders placed with Regular Shipping after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next business day after your order has been processed. Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 1-4 business days, depending on your location.
